What a beautiful day we had on Saturday. We decided our yard was really in need of help and so no picnic or fishing for us that day! I was so excited to feel good enough to work and dig in the dirt! Sounds crazy but I know a few out there that can relate. I can solve all the world problems and even my own as I completely weed the yard. The rose garden got a good dose of coffee grounds, weeded and pampered more than any other part of the yard. Check back in a few months and our (Joey) roses will be in full bloom! I planted a few flowers and scrubbed all the concrete statues and stained the wooden things. The vegetable garden is also already to go when I finally decide what to plant. Sometimes I think I only want raspberries, strawberry and rhubarb...
What a day.... as we crawled into bed dead tired we realized how lucky we are to have good health, family we love, great friends and a beautiful area to live.
If you're having a bad day...work in your yard..or better yet work in my yard!

Let's hope the snow this weekend doesn't ruin all your hard work :)
Oh I love spring! It looks so happy there.
When you are done, can you come to
AZ. We have a really big yard that needs lots of TLC.
Wow, things look great there. You two have really put your little green thumbs to work. I love the birdhouses. I'm sure Rick can find a way to add a 'fly' or two for decoration. Just know we think of you often and Debbie, hope you are getting stronger everyday. Love to my bro!!!!
What a fun yard! :) Everything sounds like it's going to be perfect and like it's receiving the proper TLC. I can't wait to see those flowers in bloom.
